Paul is the Assistant Vice President of Engineering and Estimating for the Hallen Construction Company and has worked for the company since March of 2001.

Paul started his career with Hallen in the drafting department and has worked his way up through many positions including expediter, project engineer, project manager, superintendent, and contract billing manager overseeing annual contracts with National Grid and Con Edison.

Over the past 20 years, he has been involved and has worked on major projects for companies such as National Grid, Con Edison, LIPA, Iroquois Gas Transmission System LP, Buckeye Pipe Line Co., LLP, Neptune Regional Transmission System LLC, Williams Partners LP, and Prysmian Power Cables & Systems USA, LLC. Paul was promoted to his role as Assistant Vice President of Engineering and Estimating in April of 2021. He remains active in coaching in his community of Williston Park where he resides with his wife Michelle and their children McKayla and William.
