Starting as a laborer in June 2012, he quickly distinguished himself and was promoted to foreman, fostering a culture of excellence in safety and efficiency.

Peter’s active involvement in Hallen’s safety committee and operational learning teams led to his invitation to join the Hallen Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) department two years ago. His field experience has been crucial in strengthening the department’s effectiveness. As a mentor, Peter bridges the gap between technical fieldwork, understanding work context, and The Capacity Model.
