Position Overview:
Hallen Construction is committed to providing thorough and extensive training to our employees, ensuring all stay current with the required qualifications to continue to set new industry standards of excellence. The Administrator, Training plays a vital role in maintaining accurate records and supporting the coordination and scheduling of all training that uphold Hallen’s commitment to safety, quality and career advancement.
Essential Job Functions:
- Training Coordination: Schedule employees for required training sessions to ensure qualifications remain current and compliant with company and industry standards.
- Record Management: Monitor and manage expiration dates of employee certifications and qualifications.
- System Updates: Upload training certificates and documentation into Hallen’s internal tracking system accurately and promptly.
- Audit & Compliance: Regularly audit training logs and records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support Training Delivery: Assist in the logistical setup and support of training sessions, both in the classroom and hands-on learning areas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with field and management teams to align training efforts with operational needs and career advancement pathways.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Other activities may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is nice to have.
- Must be highly accurate, have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and the ability to prioritize
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong Excel skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, and keyboard use
- Alternating between sitting or standing as needed
- Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping
Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 dependent upon experience
