HR Administrator

The Hallen Construction Co., Inc. is a leading northeast gas contractor working primarily in the 5 boroughs of New York City. We are searching for a Human Resources Administrator with 2-3 years of general HR experience and a college degree in HR. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with the largest union affiliated gas contractor in the New York City area.

As a Human Resources Administrator, your responsibilities and skills will include:

  • Onboarding new employees and entering into payroll
  • Employee Review tracking
  • Handling personnel issues
  • Payroll-related reporting, such as 401(k)
  • AAP plans & EEO-1 Reporting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills a must
