Hallen Construction, a leading utility contractor working primarily in the 5 boroughs of NYC, is searching for a full-time Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the largest union affiliated utility contractor in the metropolitan area. The right candidate will have experience overseeing all administrative aspects of a construction project, potentially working on multiple projects concurrently. In addition to being a safety-oriented leader, this individual shall have excellent organizational and time management skills and a strong work ethic that will be essential to meet critical goals within a fast paced and often changing environment. In partnership with their field leadership team, this individual’s responsibilities will include:
- Ensure we deliver a safe, high quality product to our customers.
- Work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the client while working to meet all schedule and fiscal milestones.
- Produce reporting for senior management, providing detailed project updates and profit projections.
This is not an entry level position. We are in need of a seasoned individual with multiple years of utility construction and project leadership experience.
