Hallen Construction is searching for a full-time Office Coordinator in our Canarsie office. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication and customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with the largest union affiliated gas contractor in the New York City area.
As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ordering equipment and supplies for Office and Field personnel, tracking paperwork, entering data into Excel and various databases, and regular communication with the purchasing department.
Additional responsibilities and skills:
- Answering phones
- Submit, Refresh and Manage Dig Safe Tickets (811)
- Issuing Purchase Orders and tracking associated paperwork
- Manage office essentials, stationery and supplies
- Must have Organizational skills and be detail oriented
